Could too much sugar be deadly?

Too much sugar has been recently confirmed by US Center of Disease Control and Prevention to be harmful. Sugar has been linked with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, bodily inflammation causing aches and pains,obesity and in addition 3 times the fatal heart attacks. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, cereals, breads, tomato sauce and sala dressings. Limit sugar to 10% of daily calories.  As sugar levels increase risks increase.
