Soda and even DIET SODA adds to belly fat, weakness bones, leads to the "metabolic Syndrome".
     Metabolic Syndrome = high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar and thus diabetes and heart disease.

How do we leave behind the caffeine high, sweet jolt and comforting ritual of popping a can?
21 -28 days to form a new HABIT
1. Write your "manifesto" or what you are going to do and why
2. Find a replacement for the soda - walking, water, ProPel, Vitamin water, make your own water flavors, hobby if drinking is from boredom
3. Words matter "I can't" to be replaced by "I do not drink soda"-  the latter is empowering your brain
4. Tell your friends what you are doing - Make it public
5. Identify times of temptation and avoid them
